Metro Interview and analysis

Questions:

1. How many days in the week do you travel by the subtrain?
2. How do you pay for your travel?
3. How do you refill your access-card?
4. Would you be interested in paying monthly for past travels instead of paying in advance for the whole month, to save money e.g. those weekends you are at home?
5. Would you be interested in an interactive application that shows cost- and travel statistics for your travels during a specified time?

Answers:

1. 5 days in a week

Interview analysis :

By the answers received I believe that this person is slightly outside our target group, due to not being interested in paying for past travels instead of paying in advance. This person also is a regular user of the metro system and therefore not a sporadic traveller. I found this interview rather hard to do, because of my inexperience doing interviews. The people that travell with metro is also typically very stressed and will more likely answer questions in the shortest fastest way to "get rid of you". This type of information gathered from this interview is more like quantitive data.
