Exercise 1 17/9

Our first task for this exercise was to decide which traveling route we wanted to work with. The second was to decide a target group for our research. And lastly we were also tasked with writing questions for our interviews.

We started out with a poll, to decide which commuting platform we want to investigate. The subway ended up winning with 42%.

After that we did some brainstorming for target groups. We had some potential candidates but we ended up choosing commuters that do so regularly and who has a phone device with them. We might end up narrowing down our focus group later on but this is the initial one that we chose.

Then at the end of the lesson we discussed and wrote down some interview questions.

Some example of questions are:

1. What’s your biggest frustration with the subway?
2. Any suggestions on how to improve this issue?
