Scenario: Hanna is on a tight budget on her way to Slussen/Södermalm
Goal: Going to shop clothes downtown and take a fika in Södermalm on a busy saturday afternoon
At 1 pm Hanna realized that her access card’s monthly pass is done, and she has to stand in a long queue at the station to refill the access card at the ticket vending machine. When it’s Hanna’s turn, she puts in her bank card in the machine and realized that the balance is not enough (on that particular account) to pay for a whole month. Hanna is on a very tight budget this month and feels that she can’t spare the monthly fee, so she pays for a week which will in the end cost more. To make up for that she is planning to not use the subway that much after the week pass is finished. On top of the 15 minutes queue and transaction time, Hanna gets another 5 minutes of delay in the subway (for a reason the passengers are not told), which makes her even more late to see her friends in Södermalm.
