Scenario 2: Just bought a monthly ticket, but had an accident so that the ticket expires unused.
Goal: Travel cheap, and to use bought tickets effectively.
Johannes has recently got a new client in Stockholm and needs to travel more frequently by metro for the coming weeks. Johannes has calculated that buying a month-ticket from SL would lower the total cost of travel and decides to buy one. However during the first week of using this ticket he unfortunately had an accident and had a fracture in his foot, making travelling very inconvenient and difficult. The ticket can also not be frozen because he already activated it. For the coming 6 weeks he has to live with a plastered leg, and decides that working from home would be the best decision with the fracture in mind.
The ticket he bought is rarely used due to the problems and difficulties facing handicapped in public transportation, and a lot of money goes to waste.
