Scenario: Hanna is late to a meeting and her monthly pass has expired.
Goal: Get to work in time during rush hour.
Due to an important job assignment, Hanna went up extra early this day to take the train from her home to Centralen. As a result of the suddenly bad weather, the train arrives at the station about 20 minutes late, and Hanna is now so stressed she forgets that the monthly pass on her monthly pass recently expired. After jamming her way through the crowd, the subway turnstile won’t let her through. She now has to turn around to goes to Pressbyrån nearby to refill her Access Card before she can try again. As it is rush hour, she gets stuck in a line behind other customers trying to buy their morning newspaper and cups of coffee. By the time Hanna has money on her Access Card and have found her way back through the gates and down to the subway, a few minutes have passed and the next train is leaving right before her eyes. She is really annoyed. She won’t make it to the meeting in time.
